Visa Assistance
Make your VISA arrangements for entry into the United States early.
Such arrangements are the responsibility of attendees and other participants and may take up to a few months.
National of Visa Waiver Program countries will be eligible to travel without a vise, but will have to obtain an approved travel authorization prior to their travel to the United States. The actual approval form and additional information may be at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/esta.html.
How To Obtain a Visa Complete information on how to apply for a VISA to enter the US can be found on the U.S. Department of State's website: http://www.unitedstatesvisas.gov/obtainingvisa/index.html
For Authors Authors can obtain visa letters through EDAS. When you log onto your personal home page & into your paper you submitted there will be a letter shaped icon (visa letter). Once you click on it, a PDF of the visa letter is generated. If you need further assistance regarding your visa letter contact Bridget Erlikh directly at b.erlikh@comsoc.org
