FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

IEEE Conference eXpress Site will be open on 28 August 2009. Your paper must be received by 12 October, 2009 (8:00pm EDT) for it to be in the proceedings.

If you are registering by fax, please allow 3 working days to receive your Attendee ref #.

To upload your paper for submission please here click here.

DO NOT upload your paper to EDAS!!  Your final paper submission needs to be done through IEEE Proceedings using the link above.

You will need the following to upload your source file.  

• Conference ID: Use ccnc10 for this conference.
• Your registration code: given after you completed your registration
• Your EDAS paper ID number (not your EDAS author account number)

Technical papers, theme papers, workshop papers and special session papers should be no longer than five (5) pages.  Maximum of one page per paper US$100.00

*SUBMIT YOUR COPYRIGHT TRANSFER
After you upload your final paper and approve the PDF, a Submit Copyright link will appear in your IEEE eXpress account. This enables you to complete the IEEE e(electronic) Copyright form. When you receive your confirmation email after completing the electronic form (by selecting Submit), you will not need to fax or mail a paper copyright form.

CRITICAL: You must upload the final version of your source file and complete the copyright transfer no later than 12 October, 2009 8:00pm EDT. If you fail to comply, the paper will be dropped from the program.
